Every long-lasting floor starts with floor preparation

‍Step 1 We assess our surroundings. The most important part of our process is to ensure that the space and all belongings are protected properly. This includes taping and masking off as necessary to prevent any mishaps or damage.

Step 2 We mechanically grind all our surfaces prior to installation. This ensures that we have removed any potential bond breakers. This is also done to achieve the proper concrete surface profile required to achieve a bond that will last.
Step 3 We will address any cracks or voids in the concrete and treat them accordingly.
Step 4 We will then roll out our primer/basecoat that will infuse directly into the concrete to ensure there will be no peeling or delamination of the product.
Step 5 We apply the system that the customer has chosen. At this point the color flake will be broadcast at 100% coverage.
Step 6 Lastly, we apply an extremely durable and attractive top coat of polyaspartic. This ensures to protect the floor from spills, oils, grease, and normal wear and tear.
